माओ-त्से-तुंग ने चीन में मार्क्सवादी, लेलिनवादी विचारधारा को सैनिक रणनीति में जोड़कर जिस सिद्धांत को जन्म दिया उसे माओवादी कहा जाता है। भारत में माओवादी इसी विचारधारा पर चल रहें हैं। वे सरकार के खिलाफ मोर्चा संभाले हुए हैं। झारखण्ड में माओवादी माफियावादी बन गए हैं। सरकार से जारी जल जंगल जमीन की जंग के आड़ में आम नागरिक का शोषण कर रहे हैं। हाल में ही नक्सली ने लेवी का फरमान जारी किया है। फरमान के मुताबिक बड़े- छोटे सरकारी कर्मचारियों को 20 प्रतिशत वार्षिक लेवी देना होगा।
माओ साम्यवादी थे। वे वर्ग विहीन समानता लाना चाहते थे। आज नक्सली माओवादी विचारधारा अपना कर आम नागरिक की हत्या कर कौन सी समानता लाना चाहते हैं। आम नागरिकों का शोषण कर कौन सी वर्ग समानता लाना चाहते हैं। नक्सलियों की लड़ाई सरकार के खिलाफ है तो वे आम नागरिको को परेशान क्यों कर रहे हैं। आए दिन नक्सली राज्य बंद का एलान कर देते हैं। वे शायद सरकार पर दबाव बनाने के लिए बंद करवाते हैं। लेकिन इसका खामियाजा तो आम नागिरक ही भुगतना पड़ता है। झारखण्ड गठन के लगभग 10 साल होने के हैं लेकिन इन 10 सालों में लगभग दो साल झारखण्ड बंद रहा है। जिससे राज्य विकास से दो साल पीछे चला गया है।
नक्सली हथियार के बल पर क्रांति कर रहे हैं वे क्रांति नहीं आतंक फैला रहे हैं। आजादी से पहले सरदार भगत सिंह ने भी हथियार के बल पर ही देश को आजाद कराने के लिए क्रांति किया था। शहीद भगत सिंह उस समय भारतीयों के नजर में क्रांतिकारी थे और अंग्रेंजो के नजर में आतंकवादी। आज हम भारतवर्ष में रह रहे हैं। कई कुर्बानियों के बाद हमने आजादी पाई है। आज हमारा अपना संविधान है और उसके मुताबिक देश चल रहा है। आज नक्सली जो कर रहे हैं वो क्रांति नहीं आतंक है। जल जंगल जमीन की लड़ाई के बहाने नक्सली सिर्फ आतंक फैला रहे हैं।
हाल में ही झारखण्ड में सरकार द्वारा चलाए जा रहे ग्रीन हंट का नक्सलियों ने तीन दिन बंद का अह्वान कर विरोध किया। नक्सलियों द्वारा ये बंद ना तो पहला है और ना ही आखिरी। सरकार नक्सलियों पर लगाम कसने के लिए अभियान चलाते रहेंगे और नक्सली इसका विरोध राज्य बंद कर, ट्रेन की पटरी उड़ा कर या विस्फोट कर करते रहेंगे। इस लड़ाई में फतह किसी की भी हो लेकिन मारे जा रहे हैं गरीब मजदूर जो अपनी जीविका के लिए रोज मजदूरी करते हैं।

The train those ply on this routes are the life lines of the common men but by disrupting services through bandhs and rail travel they only harass. There are a lot of ways to press for the demands. If they are so sympathetic to the wretched plight of the people they should enter to the hustings and give the common men their due or justice.
ReplyDeleteIf things go on this way then`Jharkhand, Orissa, Bihar, West Bengal and Chhatishgarh would suffer heavy blows. For which Jharkhand was carved out of BIhar, sadly the issues are still there unresolved. Nothing shines in Jharkhand as people ask when Jharkhand is open thanks to the regular bandhs of the state.
The political condition of the state is one of the worst in recent political history of any Indian state. As many chief ministers as the age of the state. The lack of political stability is the sole cause of economic backwardness that the Maoists take advantage of. Politicians time has come to deliver. In Jharkhand they should deliver or perish as if this order goes on then Jharkhand will be a bedlam of non development and political opportunism.
